If you'd like to attend, I will need your guest information & DOC paperwork no later than Friday, February 7.

From the Hannah's Gift Guest Information form, download the DOC Guest Guidelines PDF, and return it to Alicia by Friday, February 7.
IF YOU ATTENDED THE HANNAH'S GIFT CHRISTMAS PARTY ON DECEMBER 7:
If you attended the Hannah's Gift Christmas party AND your driver's license information has not changed, you do not need to complete the information form or guest guidelines.
You DO need to RSVP to Alicia by February 7.
