Front Range Alliance Church (FRAC) started in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs in 1989. We are seeking a new pastor for a new season at FRAC, an experienced pastor who shares our vision of making disciples of Jesus Christ in Colorado Springs and around the world. What is the process for searching for the next pastor at FRAC? Where are we in the process?

Current Status

Our Search Team is currently receiving resumes and reviewing candidates for the open FRAC pastor position.

Search TEAM

The role of the Search Team is to recruit, identify, and evaluate suitable candidates to recommend to the FRAC elders.

• The Search Team has been formed to represent the full body of FRAC.

• Their goal is to recommend one or two final candidates to the elders.

• The elders will decide which candidate(s) to invite to visit and preach on a Sunday. The elders will then receive congregational input before making a final decision and extending a call to the selected candidate.
