ELDERS
Shelly and I were married in 2009 and the Lord blessed us with two amazing girls. We started attending FRAC in 2019 and I was honored to become an elder in 2023. I retired from the Air Force with 24 years of service in 2017 and presently work for the Department of Veterans Affairs as an ophthalmologist. My outdoor passions are skiing and mountain biking. We enjoy hiking and camping as a family.

The Lord blessed me when He called my family to FRAC in 2023. I have the privilege of being the pastor. My wife, Sarah and I, have 5 beautiful daughters. We enjoy listening to and creating music, outdoor adventures, good books, laughing together, too much ice-cream, and the goodness of God abounding all around us.

Ryan Bebee- Pastor
My passion in life is leading my family in Christ. Sweet Laura and I married in 2001 and have five amazing sons and five beautiful daughters. Originally from North Carolina, we spent a decade in Oregon running a Young Life summer camp. God was gracious to bring us to FRAC in 2018. I love serving the church family as an elder. I spend my work week as a finance director for the mission of Young Life, helping staff all over the world as we seek to build God’s kingdom.

The Franck family came to FRAC in 1997. I have served as an elder most of the years since, as well as in several ministries and small group involvement. My wife Lori is currently serving as a deaconess. We have three children, all married, and five grandchildren. In “retirement” I torment myself by writing books…which you should read.

Bob Franck
I started my relationship with Jesus in college and have been on a mission to deepen it and help others do the same ever since. My wife Meaghan and I have been part of the FRAC family since 2010. We have a beautiful daughter and a joyful son. I joined the elders in 2024, but my true claim to fame is coaching the FRAC softball team. I also have an inexplicable love for Excel—yes, really!

I’m married to my college sweetheart, Betty. We have four grown sons, three ‘daughters-in-love’ and four grandchildren. We are so grateful to God for bringing us to the FRAC family over 20 years ago and have enjoyed serving in various ministries. My wife and I enjoy the great outdoors, time together, reading and spending time with our children and grandchildren.

Chris Kirschman
Beth and I came to FRAC in 1993 while stationed at Peterson Air Force Base. I spent 22 years in the Air Force and 21 as a government contractor. I am privileged to serve as a FRAC elder and have for the past 28 years. We are blessed to have our daughter and son-by-grace living close by engaging with our two grandkids as they play and grow. When time allows, I enjoy movies, woodworking, building things, learning something new.
